Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to make my molds?

Every mold is handcrafted to order. Standard production takes 3–5 business days to ensure perfect casting and curing. For large orders of identical items, we may need a little extra time to maintain our high quality standards.

When will I receive my order?

Total time = 3-5 days for production + shipping (8-15 days for Priority or 3-4 weeks for Standard). You can find full details on all shipping methods on this page.

Are there any hidden customs fees?

  • For US buyers: None. Delivery is Tax-Free; the price in your cart is final.
  • For orders outside the USA, import taxes and VAT may apply according to your country’s laws.
  • For a smoother experience, you can order through our Etsy Shop, where taxes are collected at checkout.
    Note: For EU/UK orders over €150/£135, taxes are usually paid upon arrival according to local laws.

Why is there no shipping method available for my order?

If you don’t see a shipping option at checkout, it is usually due to one of two reasons:

  1. Weight Limit: Your cart exceeds our single-package limit of 4 kg. To fix this, simply contact us or reduce the quantity of molds.
  2. Destination: We may not have your country on our standard delivery list yet.
