Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@soapfantasymolds.com Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

To return the item you purchased after receiving the return approval, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and the return approval, and mail your return the following address:

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice because shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping and handling charges and insurance. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing additional shipping insurance if your item is worth more than $50. You are responsible for any loss or damage to your items during return shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping and handling.
