Shipping policy

1. Processing & Production Time

Each mold is handmade to order. Our standard production time is 3–5 business days. This includes the time needed to cast, cure, and quality-check your molds, as well as securely pack them for international transit. If your order includes several identical items, the production time may be increased accordingly.

2. Shipping Methods & What to Expect

Standard (Tax-Free & Tracked)

• Carrier: Shipped via Ukrposhta (Ukraine's national post) and delivered by USPS in the USA.
• Estimated Delivery: 3–4 weeks.
• Tracking: You will receive one tracking number that provides full visibility from the moment it leaves our studio in Ukraine until it reaches your door.

Priority (Tax-Free & Tracked)

• We provide this type of delivery through our partner, Seller-Online LLC.
• Estimated Delivery: 8–15 days.
• Logistics: This is an expedited consolidated service designed to get your order to the USA much faster. Depending on the current logistics route, your tracking experience will follow one of two paths:
  • Scenario A: You may receive two tracking numbers. The first allows you to track the journey immediately from Ukraine. The second (US carrier) will activate once the package clears US Customs.
  • Scenario B: You may receive one US-based tracking number (e.g., USPS, Amazon, LaserShip, DHL eCommerce). In this case, the tracking status will remain in "Pre-shipment" for approximately 1–2 weeks while the package is in international transit. It will "wake up" and show movement as soon as it is scanned at the US distribution hub.
